Refund Policy
Did you buy a book, but something unexpected happened? Calm down, breathe, we'll sort it out. Here's everything explained so no one is left in the dark.
When is a refund possible?
Not every purchase has a return, but in some cases it can be resolved like this:
If you purchased a finished piece and, for some reason, it didn't work out, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The piece must be in perfect condition, and I'll take care of the refund for you.
For custom orders, returns are not possible , as each piece is created especially for you.
Changed your mind? Has the 7-day deadline passed? Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns outside of this period.
Damaged or lost works?
If your work arrives damaged or if the order is lost, let me know within 48 hours with photos of the problem. We will resolve it in the best way possible, whether with a refund, exchange or repair.
How do I request a refund?
If your request fits the above rules, just call me with:
- Photos (if applicable)
- Order number
- A brief explanation of what happened
How is the refund made?
• If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 60 business days to be processed.
• If you prefer, I can offer a credit for another work (because the right art may be waiting for you here!).
