Shipping Policy

Have you purchased a piece of art and are now anxious for it to arrive? Hold on to your excitement as I explain how everything works.

That said, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document designed to stipulate the legal relationship between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also for clarifying different situations that may arise and what will happen in each of these cases.

How does shipping happen?

• All works are sent with reinforced packaging to ensure they arrive to you beautiful and intact.
• Shipping is done by recognized carriers and you can choose from the available options at the time of purchase, because no one wants to see incredible art lost in the shipping limbo.

Shipping cost – It varies, but I’ll tell you beforehand

• Shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on where you are in the world and which carrier you choose.
• Every now and then there is free shipping in special promotions (keep an eye out!).

Follow-up – No need to bite your nails

As soon as your work is submitted, I will send you a tracking code, because I know you will want to keep refreshing the page every five minutes.

What to do if the artwork arrives damaged?

First: breathe. Second: send me a message with photos of the problem within 48 hours of receiving it. I will resolve it quickly, either with an exchange or another fair way.

Wrong address – Pay attention to this part!

If the address is wrong and the order is returned to me, I will let you know and we will arrange a new shipment (but in this case, the cost of resending will be at your expense, okay?).
